This Auto Home Search by Email service allows subscribers to beat competing home buyers to information on the most desirable real estate for sale in Calgary before it is advertised to the public.

Note:  This is not a service were you will be able to view listings right away.  It may take a couple hours to receive the emails. This is a requests were visitors can submit detailed specification on areas & housing information they wish to receive notification on. Once your request is received, the data will be put into my Realtor MLS ® program. You will then receive automated updates via email on homes in the specified areas as soon as they hit the market.  The information you will be receiving comes directly from the Calgary Real Estate MLS ® system and is very detailed.

This service is nothing more than providing up to date information as soon as possible, and as accurately as possible .  There is no obligation on your part to use this service. However I must point out if you require me to act as your Realtor when a property of interest comes on the market, I must know in advance of your intensions to work together. You can rest assure there will be no Pressure or Sales Pitches on my part for using any of my services.

It is also a great way to find homes on the market.  However the Automatic Email Updates on this page will make your life a lot easier and allow you to get all the information you need automatically.

Because this is a very detailed and accurate request, you must specify the following:

Location: (ie; the Communities) that you would like to receive listings from. Please don't use the shotgun approach and select every area.  Calgary is a huge city so please be specific. You can also select other cites and town such as Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks etc.

Price range: Please let me know your price range.  Everyone has a price range.  Even Donald Trump. :-)

Wish List: Let me know if you would like a garage, bungalow, two story, a fireplace, when you need possession, etc. You can also request SOLD information. That's right, if you want to know what a specific property sold for in your area or what certain types of real estate in a specific area are currently selling for, please let me know. You can leave a note in the Wish list area for all of this information. Be as detailed as possible and the results will be more accurate.
