Calgary real estate market: Week in Review for May 19-23 2008
This week has followed a similar trend to last week with listing inventory remaining almost the same and sales of single family homes and condos following very closely to last weeks numbers. My estimate last week on there being less sale was also correct since there were less pending sales the week before. Here are the stats.
This week the average sale price of a single family home was $468,503 and condos came in at $314,877.
Please note: These averages do not indicate the average sale price of Calgary real estate. Just the average for the week mentioned.

Listing Inventory = 10,323
Single Family Home Sales = 236 (Low)
Condo Sales = 98 (Very Low)
Pending Sales = 472
Expired / Terminated Listings = 232
