This week has followed a similar trend to last week with listing inventory remaining almost the same and sales of single family homes and condos following very closely to last weeks numbers. My estimate last week on there being less sale was also correct since there were less pending sales the week before. Here are the stats.

Listing inventory has remained relatively close to last week, but for those of you that like stats we did see an increase of a whopping 64 listings to a total of 10,510. Single family homes represent 7,169 listings and condo listings total 3,341.
